Q: Who is Advanco?
A: Advanco was founded specifically to provide back office
support services to independent professionals. Advanco is not an
insurance agency, insurance broker or professional employer
organization.
Q: What services can I expect from Advanco?
A: Advanco provides one-stop shopping for its clients
including financial planning, recruiting services, IT service &
support, discount membership services, web development,
corporate loans, travel
administration, business consulting, job matching service and much more. As an
employee of Advanco you will be provided (Medical, Dental,
Vision and Disability Insurance, a 401(k) program), government
reporting, tax compliance, direct deposit, pre-tax savings and
more. No more quarterly reports to file or tax deposits to
make. By becoming an employee of Advanco you will receive a
year-end W-2 from us. Your employee-related deadlines and
reports become our responsibility. Advanco assumes the
responsibility for certain employer functions that are included
in your Agreement.
Q: What am I
required to do?
A: As an employee of Advanco, you have the opportunity to sell
any of its products and or services including travel and
discount benefits. You are also eligible to receive
privileged travel perks for membership in IATAN and CLIA
organizations.

A: Our innovative program enables small business owners with the
same benefits and tools used by much larger firms. We value
groups of "One" or micro-businesses as much as larger groups. Our proprietary tools
enable you to make logical business decisions.
Q. Are you an
employee-leasing company or a PEO?
No. Since inception, Advanco has always
focused on meeting the needs of our clients by providing sales &
management consulting services, recruiting services & staffing, travel
management and IT support. Our goal is to maximize our client's
performance not simply sell them a payroll and benefits package.
Our services extend well beyond the scope of employee-leasing
companies or professional employment organizations (PEOs) and
can improve a company of one or a company of one thousand.
Q: What does your service cost?
A: Advanco will save you time and money even after you factor
in our service fee. After we conduct an analysis of your
current methodology, using our proprietary Savings Calculator
we will demonstrate a reduction in your costs for
administration and an increase in operational efficiency. Our service pays for itself many times over in terms
of both hard dollar savings and the reduction of staff time
necessary to support your business due to our innovative systems
and group buying power.
Q. How does it
work?
A. We create a Profit
Center within Advanco that you maintain. You control how much
you work, your billing rates, schedule and operations. Advanco
administrates your non-revenue generating business allowing you
greater freedom, flexibility and support so you focus on
doing what you do best.
Q. Will I lose
control?
A. Absolutely not.
You will manage your profit center as usual and continue to
operate your business with greater freedom than before except
with the confidence to operate with the support of a large,
professional staff.

with me?
A: Yes, our national program is web-based and
goes where you decide to go.
