You currently receive an IRS '1099' statement for your services. Advanco resolves the tax compliance issues surrounding the use of free agents and independent contractors. We become the W-2 employer of the free agents, administrating all tax legalities. The 1986 Tax Reform Act, Revenue Ruling 1706 was born because the IRS thought freelancers were not fully reporting income. Advanco will set up a profit center for you. You maintain your independence and freedom and we eliminate the administrative burdens.

You bill by the hour for your services. As an hourly wage earner you have the option of choosing corp-to-corp status or W-2 wage earner status. As an Advanco employee you will have access to all of our group benefit plans including: Health insurance, Section 125 Flex Plans, Payroll Funding, Timesheets, Expense Reports, Job Placement, Resume Assistance, On-Line Training and Education and more. 

If you already have benefits but would like Advanco to handle your back-office billing administration including invoicing and receivables then you may choose corp-to-corp status.

So, you have your own benefits but still want us to handle your billing. As an associate corp-to-corp Member only, Advanco will handle your billing, invoices and receivables. We charge a nominal $4 per hour fee for this service.
